At Camaj Fiber Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fiber tools and supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fiber tools are clean and that products remain in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
